Terms and Conditions
Fast Service.
We aim to send your
order the same day that we receive it.
UK
customers should
receive your order within ONE to TWO working DAYS. We use Royal Mail.
For
larger orders, we send by Parcel
Force 48.
Our system will automatically
calculate your postage.

There is a one-off £2.80
postage and handling charge on all UK orders, no matter how large your
order.

International EU orders
carry a £3.00 postage charge, plus .50p for each extra item.

Most other international
orders carry a £5 postage charge plus £1 per item
-
Remote (i.e. Southern
Hemisphere) international orders carry
a £6 charge plus £1 per item.
We will
calculate your postage and inform you on the 'checkout' page before you
confirm your order.
International customers. If
you sent a large order we may recalculate and charge the cost of
postage/insurance only, whichever is the cheaper for you.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT Whilst every care has been taken in the
production of this website, The Forest Bookshop does not guarantee that
the information is accurate, complete, error-free or current.
DELIVERY The Forest Bookshop makes every endeavour to dispatch your order on the day of receipt
and usually succeed. However, occasional availability problems sometimes
occur, in which case please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
RETURNS Although
all of our items are inspected before shipping, they still come
with
a guarantee commencing from the date of receipt of goods. Unless the
law states otherwise, you have the right to
cancel your order without stating a
reason for doing so. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7
working days, beginning on the day after you
receive the goods. You may,
however,
have to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us (subject to
the
Sale of Goods Act, 1979). Should the goods be faulty, you have the same
time frame in which to return the goods, and
we will refund all shipping
costs

Your
money will be refund in full within

The
items being returned should be sent either in their original packaging or
carefully packed by the sender. DVDs, CD-ROMs and videos should be unopened and
in their original packaging.

Alternatively, send us an email. Phone lines are
open 9:00-5:00pm Mon -Sat.
Please quote your invoice number, name,
address, postcode and telephone number on all correspondence relating to
returns. Please also advise us as to the reason for return and whether you
would prefer a replacement, refund or credit. It is advisable to obtain a
free proof of postage certificate at the Post Office when sending goods
back to us.

lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please view

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
