ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Whilst every care has been taken in the production of this website, The Forest Bookshop does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete, error-free or current.

DELIVERY

The Forest Bookshop makes every endeavour to dispatch your order on the day of receipt and usually succeed. However, occasional availability problems sometimes occur, in which case please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

RETURNS

We are confident you will be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason an item is received that is damaged or faulty, if you return it to us within 14 days, we will be happy to exchange or refund. 

You are also entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days for any reason. In this case, the postage and packing costs are paid by the customer. If you exercise your right to cancel the order, money will be returned usually within 3 working days, and no longer than 30 days from the cancellation date. The items being returned must be in mint condition, either in their original packaging or carefully packed by the sender. CD-ROMs and videos being returned must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Please quote your invoice number, name, address, postcode and telephone number on all correspondence relating to returns. Please also advise us as to the reason for return and whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or credit. It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage certificate at the Post Office when sending goods back to us.
